Excellent service. Just came for a complimentary first oil change, but they found a leak in the oil pan, which took extra time. Because of the delay, I was going to miss an appointment, but they gave me a ride there so I wouldn't miss it. Great service, people were friendly. Hunter was keeping track of everything and running it all smoothly..


They diagnosed the problem. The estimate was really high but not uncommon for a dealership but they gave other solutions. They are always friendly and easy to work with.

Oneida was awesome to deal with and so was Noell. My wife had bought a previous car in 2018 there from Tim. When she stopped by first a week earlier Tim was not there so she had talked with Oneida. Then when we came back on Saturday my wife had just mentioned to him that she hadn’t seen him before but it was great to see him still there. He said nothing and seemed to be stewing. Went for a basic oil/tire rotation. Nothing special but no hassles concerning the free oil change like I ran into at Rock County Honda. I recommend Boucher Hyundai and recommend you avoid Rock County Honda.

They found vehicle I wanted in very short time. Satisfied with sales. However, vehicle had defective dash. Took 4 months to fix! Last visit I waited 4 hours as other vehicles came in and left. Took 1 1/2 hours to get vehicle in garage. Dealer is great, service a little slow.

I was able to get my car in quickly here even though I wasn’t an established customer. Joe was very helpful and straightforward in explaining what was needed. Everything went very smoothly even though the part needed was back ordered. Since my car was under warranty, the repairs were covered as well as the car they gave me to use while mine was getting fixed which was brand new! I also really appreciate they were able to add in an oil change for me before I picked it up. All in all very great service here. Thanks!
