Have owned strictly Hyundais for decades. Decided to shop local w/this purchase. Boucher provided most superior car purchasing experience. Salesperson, Oneida Acosta, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Management gave best price offer, fair w/ no "haggling". Financing a breeze. Oneida went over features in great detail, loading much of the personal info to get us started. Genuinely and graciously encouraged us to return for refresher if needed. We will! Even sent home-baked cookies (with recipe) as a thank-you!!

Great service as always

Great service department. Took care of my issues in a timely manner and went out of their way to take care of my Warrrenty concerns On my Sonata . Still working on a final solution .. but I'm sure it will be taken care of soon . Well I was wrong. Hundai has denied the repair on my 40 k mile oil burning Sonata Leaving me to deal with their customer service complaint department.. NOT HAPPY ! NO Repair on a Known issue is not the answer I am looking for, i need a reliable vehicle to transport my sick wife ..

The Elantra was affordable, my rep Jallin was a nice guy, and I needed a new car. A test drive on a Friday lead to a sale Saturday morning. Couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went.

Work is always done on time. Is reasonably priced and they don’t charge me for things that I don’t need done.


Was looking for a used hybrid vehicle and was unable to find any in the area. Then decided to purchase a new hybrid vehicle and also had difficulty finding any available as very limited inventory. This dealership had just for two days a hybrid, which I test drove And purchased. Very efficient and pleasant dealership. I was very happy with Their service.

It took almost 2 months to get the car fixed. I know this wasn't the fault of the service department, my only complaint is that communication was not the best. I only got updates when I called to check.

Three recalls and only performed two because a fuse was out of stock. Now I have to make another appointment when the fuse shows up.

I enjoyed the visits I made to this dealership. My salesman Zach was a pleasure to work with and held himself in a professional manner. All the inner departments (sales, finance, vehicle prep/service seemed to work together effectively and efficiently, with communicating to make me comfortable with my purchase.

Had to reach out to service for 2017 Sonata hybrid, which had a failed engine. Service informed me of all the repairs needed, and a possibility the vehicle cannot be repaired. My plan was to purchase a used hybrid however none could be found and I was uncomfortable with purchasing online so I talked to sales and Tim was wonderful and showing me the type of hybrid I wanted and I purchased a 2025 sonata hybrid I’m happy with the purchase.

Very good experience with sales. A little less with finance as they did not originally show us all warranty deductible information until we inquired.


They added 7000 dollars worth of warranties that I didn't want without asking. I have been in contact since this incident and gotten these warranties canceled. My experience canceling them has been positive and I really love the car. My whole experience was great besides the shock of the warranties. I would probably go back and buy another car.


Told me lie after lie. Had to move my unfixed car to a different mechanic. May not buy anouther hyundai after this ecperience and ill need a new car in the next 6 mo

Then a third time - No, thank you, we will PASS on the additional coverage. My first experience with Boucher Hyundai and I was not disappointed. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and eager to help. Unlike a recent experience I had with a Toyota dealership, in Illinois, whom I've purchased from previously.

Called about a service code on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, ended up getting recalls replaced. Jeremy Snow was more than Informative and honest about any questions I had as well as about the work that was done on the car. For me honesty is key when it comes to being in the know especially with some thing like your car. So I really appreciated his efforts to assure me all was well and good with my car.

They very much into taking care of the customer. Completely explaining everything.

These people are amazing which is why we came here & not in town not only to buy our 1st Hyundai, but to get it serviced & repaired after getting rear-ended. Excellent people to work with!

They were very timely and professional. Earl was great. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was clean and welcoming.

Their customer service was great! When they found out it was going to be a longer day to fix my problem they got me a rental so I could wait from home. They did a good job fixing the problem. The only thing would be I feel we were over charged on labor cost. After researching it online we probably could have saved money taking it somewhere else.

The dealer has had my car for weeks and cannot fix it. In addition, there has been no communication unless I call for a status. Terrible customer service.
